Short Review: The book is based on the Ph.D thesis which the author submitted to the University of London in 1972. The purpose of the book has been to investigate the constitutional position of one of the important fundamental rights, the right to freedom of association guaranteed by the Constitutions of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, in relation to the powers of the state, the nature of the constitutional guarantee, the means devised for its enforcement and the powers of the judiciary for that purpose.
