Ms. Priti Ramani Nayyar is a PhD Scholar from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIP University), Delhi, India. She completed her graduation [LL.B(H)] in 2006 from GGSIP University and was the topper of the University and Gold Medalist. Thereafter, she completed her LL.M. from University of Delhi, India in 2010 with First Division. She was equally active in extracurricular activities of the law school, which entailed travelling to countries like Vienna and Hong Kong, representing her law school in Moot Court competitions.
Her professional experience includes working as a ‘Law Researcher’ with Hon’ble Mr. Justice Mukul Mudgal, (Former Judge High Court of Delhi, Former Chief Justice High Court of Punjab and Haryana and presently Chairman of FIFA Governance Committee), working inter alia with top tier law firms like Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, New Delhi. She has also rendered corporate legal advice to prominent international credit insurers, host of start-ups and Chartered Accountancy Firms. Her subjects of interest are International Commercial Law, International Humanitarian Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Intellectual Property Law and Alternate Dispute Resolution. She also takes guest lectures in various law colleges. She is a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association. She has been actively engaged in presenting papers in various national and international seminars and has published research papers in reputed journals.
