Abstract

The relevance of this article is due to the understanding of modern problems in the field of national education in Russian society and the search for the optimal model of its development, taking into account the globalization processes in the country and the world. The progressive development and political and social stability of multiethnic state education is largely ensured by a well-thought-out and balanced policy in relation to national education.  In this regard, it is of great scientific and practical interest to study certain aspects of the imperial policy in relation to the national school of Tatars in the context of the transition of Russian society from traditional to industrial society. This article is aimed to study the legal aspects of the organization of Tatar teachers' schools in the 1860s-1880s in Simferopol, Ufa, and Kazan.
